Dr. Tien Nguyen is a board-certified dermatologist and nationally recognized educator with over 30 years of experience, making him Orange County's leading expert on all skin-related concerns. Frequently invited to educate fellow physicians on cutting-edge therapies, Dr. Nguyen completed his medical training at the University of Florida Medical School, followed by internal medicine at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles and dermatology residency at the prestigious University of Virginia program. His strong medical background enables him to serve as both researcher and clinician for FDA-recognized clinical trials while successfully treating patients with various skin ailments.

Eric D. Hilmes, MPA, PA-C, is a highly skilled physician assistant specializing in dermatology with extensive medical experience since earning his Master of Physician Assistant degree from Loma Linda University in 2008. After practicing emergency medicine, urgent care, family medicine, and internal medicine for over a decade, Mr. Hilmes dedicated himself to dermatological care, gaining comprehensive expertise in skin cancer treatment, acne therapy, psoriasis management, eczema care, and hair loss solutions. He expertly performs dermatological examinations, diagnoses, and advanced procedures including cryotherapy, biopsies, excisions, and dermatological surgeries for patients of all ages, treating conditions ranging from dermatitis and vitiligo to premalignant lesions and hidradenitis suppurativa.
